If I were ever doubt the wisdom of buying the lodge I would have only to remember the happiness on Terri's face when I told her we were buying it. Terry was sitting at the far end of the swimming pool area at Fort Picklecombe with our friend Helen and Helen's daughter, Eva. We had considered both lodges 1 & 2 but far preferred the more expensive No 2 as it has a larger decking and is next to a field. Terri asked me which lodge, then when I told her it was lodge 2 her face lit up with delight. I will never forget that wonderful moment. The look on Terri's face is worth more than the lodge could ever be worth.
